How to apply?

Your application

The application is open to enterprises, research organisations and startups (legal entities or consortia registered in Poland or delivering a clear benefit to Poland).

Check the requirements

Please ensure that your project meets the requirements of the calls. You can find the Draft Research Contract and other documents in the submission system. Check the FAQ for more information.

Apply for our program

Go to the Proposal Application System, fill it out and submit it here before the deadline.

Benefit from our pre-proposal support

You are welcome to take benefit of our optional pre-proposal support. Send the pre-proposal application document to [email protected] approximately six weeks before the submission deadline. We will be happy to clarify your questions.

Evaluation process

After the submission deadline, the proposals will be evaluated by the board of ESA Phi-Lab Poland. The project presentations to the board will take place a few weeks after the evaluation.
